  Shipping

***Be aware that due to COVID-19 and its effects on both domestic and international shipping, it is possible to experience longer than normal shipping times.

Domestic Shipping

All domestic quilt orders are shipped USPS priority mail and require a signature upon delivery. This usually takes approximately 2-5 business days. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii can expect longer delivery times.

 

The carrier may deliver the mail to anyone who receives mail at that address. If no one is home when the letter carrier attempts delivery, the letter carrier will leave a notice and return the item to the Post Office. Check the notice for specific instructions or call 1·800·ASK·USPS to have the mail redelivered.

 

If your package is not successfully redelivered or picked up at the post office in the specified time, it will be sent back to us and you will be given the option to redeliver with associated costs or return in accordance with our return policy.

Once your package has been marked delivered, El Coyote Quilts is released of all responsibility regarding shipping. 

International Shipping

International quilt orders will be sent USPS priority mail. This usually takes approximately 6-10 business days but can vary based on location and other factors.

 

Please note that customers are responsible for covering all taxes, duties and fees associated with international shipping. These costs are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping charges on our website. If a customer refuses delivery due to unwillingness to pay fees associated with international shipping or customs, the purchase will be refunded in accordance with our return policy minus additional charges associated with return shipping costs back to us.
