Returns, Cancellations & Changes
Quilts that have received custom overfill have been personalized to meet the needs of a specific customer and are therefore non-returnable.
All standard filled quilts may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Returns will be accepted only if in an unused condition, and free of signs of use or odor. Returns that arrive in what appears to be used condition will not be accepted. All returns must arrive in the same condition in which they were received, including tags, storage sack, pad attachment system and any other items included with purchase, or the value of those items will be deducted from the return price. El Coyote Quilts is not responsible for return shipping costs or for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Please Contact us before mailing us your return to receive approval and instructions.
Cancelations & Changes
Custom-made items may be canceled or changed at no cost only if they have not yet entered production. Once production has begun, the customer will be given the option to cancel delivery and receive a refund of the purchase price minus a 20% fee to cover loss of time and materials. Contact us to verify the status of your custom order.
Ready-made quilts are sewn but not yet filled until ordered by a customer. Due to the very short lead times of ready-made quilts, once ordered, changes cannot be made. Ready-made cancelations will receive a refund of the purchase price minus a 20% fee to cover loss of time and materials. Contact us regarding cancelations.
