Quilts that have received custom overfill have been personalized to meet the needs of a specific customer and are therefore non-returnable. All standard filled quilts may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Returns will be accepted only if in an unused condition, and free of signs of use or odor. Returns that arrive in what appears to be used condition will not be accepted. All returns must arrive in the same condition in which they were received, including tags, storage sack, pad attachment system and any other items included with purchase, or the value of those items will be deducted from the return price.
